If the day you are wanting an appointment is full, call our office and we will try to fit you in! You can also stop by to see if a walk in appointment is available, we can often accommodate colds and other minor primary health care needs. See Appointment Policies below before selecting your appointment.  

Prescription and Refill Policy

Due to high demand, Creekside Family Practice Salado will no longer be able to provide mid-month prescription and prescription refills. All prescription and refill requests must take place during in-person or telemedicine appointment.

Please make sure that you have all of your new prescriptions and refill requests ready at time of appointment. In the case of an emergency and you are not able to see us for an appointment, local urgent care centers accept patients 7 days a week and can prescribe medications.

Cancellation/ No Show

A No Show Fee of $35 will be charged if you do not give at least 24 hours notice prior to cancellation of your appointment. No Show fees will be added to the patient’s self-pay account balance, and will not be covered by your insurance company. Creekside Family Practice is committed to providing exceptional care, unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at (254) 346-4029 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 4p.m. on Friday. 

Late Fees

If a patient arrives 15 minutes past their scheduled time without notification, we will have to reschedule the appointment or work them into the schedule at a later time that day. If a patient arrives over 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without prior notice we will consider the patient a No Show and a No Show fee of $35 will be charged.

Account balances 

We require that patients with self-pay balances pay their account balances to zero (0) prior to receiving further services by our practice. Patients who have questions about their bills or who would like to discuss a payment plan option may call and ask to speak to a business office representative with whom they can review their account and concerns. Patients with balances over $100 must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
