A network provider is a participating “civilian” (not on the base or a military employee) provider who has completed the TRICARE credentialing process and signed an insurance contract with the TRICARE administrator for your region.

Our family practice clinic strives to improve our patients’ overall health by healing their body and providing care for their minds. We provide appointments that address our patient’s health conditions through diagnoses, treatment, nonpharmacological treatments, and prescribing medications. We offer many in-clinic services, including general family healthcare from ages 6 weeks and up, diet/weight-loss programs, acute and chronic healthcare visits including on-site testing (flu/strep/Covid/RSV/urinalysis, and many more), telemedicine, and prescription refills. Appointments take place in our cozy clinic that is designed to feel like home, and we schedule our patients with plenty of time to connect and learn about each person without the rush of time constraints. We regard diet and lifestyle as the base of all physical health and work diligently to create a healthcare plan that is manageable for the patient and not a one-size-fits-all approach. Afterall, we are all unique and have unique needs!
